Our goal is to make subtle aromatic ‘new world style’ blended red and white wines grown in our Willamette Valley Estate Vineyards as well as ‘bigger & bolder’ wines from other, warmer growing regions. Pheasant Run wines have been made from our family vineyards in Oregon’s Willamette Valley since 1985. These vineyards are some of the oldest in Oregon & produce unique characteristics – so they are in high demand and supply several award winning wineries.
We're also making deep, bold heavy red wines from hotter growing areas like Walla Walla & Horse Heaven Hills. These bigger red wines such as Cabernet, Sangiovese and Bordeaux blends don’t grow here in the Willamette Valley - so we have sourced great fruit from our vineyard friends in other areas.
