Atlas Elevator Doppelbock: While dark, malty, and strong, our doppelbock is surprisingly approachable, thanks to the interplay of imported Munich, Vienna, and caramelized malts, our house lager yeast, and noble Tettnanger and Hallertauer hops. Many weeks of lagering help to produce an exceptionally smooth and clean beer.

Carlton Kolsch: Kolsch is a beer style native to the area in and around Cologne, Germany. Fermentation at cool temperatures results in a clean and crisp taste. Moderately hopped, but with virtually no hop aroma, the mildly fruity nose is primarily derived from the special yeast used. An excellent beer for warm days, whether on the banks of the Rhine, your porch, or our patio.

Tannen Bomb: Golden Valley's winter warmer features a complex malt character derived from the use of numerous imported and domestic specialty malts. Specially brewed to take the chill off the cold winter months, this strong ale is well balanced thanks to generous hopping with Apollo, Golding, and Willamette hops.

Black Panther Imperial Stout: Our strongest ale, this beer is so big we have to mash-in twice to fill the kettle. Roasted malt flavors abound from the use of roast barley, black, brown, and chocolate malt. Whole flaked oats added directly to the mash tun give this beer a full and smooth body. A generous complement of Northwest-grown Columbus, Willamette, and Cascade hops provide counterweight to this beer's massive malt component.
